I found the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream really calming, especially on days when my skin felt irritated or red. It soothed my skin fast, and the light, non-greasy texture made it comfy to layer with other products. The formula has centella and ceramide, which really helped strengthen my skin barrier and made it feel healthier over time. I also liked that it was fragrance-free, which is amazing if you have sensitive skin like me. After breakouts, it felt gentle enough to help my skin recover without stinging.
Honestly, there are a couple of things to know. First, it’s a bit pricey considering the small tube, so if you need a lot of cream every day it might go fast. Also, if you have very dry skin, this cream might not be moisturizing enough on its own, so you’d probably still need a heavier moisturizer on top. It takes a minute to fully sink in, so you might feel a thin layer on your skin for a bit. Lastly, the tube can get a little messy around the opening if you’re not careful. Overall though, these things are minor compared to how calming it is!
