this eyeliner is smudge proof while also waterproof! I loved that this eyeliner had tip that wasn’t felt and was like a brush tip. makes precision a lot easier + less erasing from the brush. the eyeliner was also super pigmented and it was easy to make precise lines with!

my only complaints are the price (got mine for $13) + after a while my lid of the eyeliner was cracked which caused it to dry out. with the brush pens they also dry our after a while and you have to wet the tip fo make rhe eyeliner pigmented again. for cheaper options with the same quality I recommend the wet n wild breakup proof eyeliner!! you can buy 2 of those for the price of this herorine one!!!
