I was surprised to see that this sunscreen had a slight orange tint to it. I mean it contains carrot but I wasn't expecting it to be orange! Luckily for me, with having a darker skin tone the tint really works well with balancing my undertone. When applying it, it initially feels that it will leave a white cast, but it absorbed well and disappeared within minutes. The formula definitely isn't greasy and leaves a matt finish. There is a scent to this sunscreen which isn't artificial, it is a natural scent of the carrots and added fruits but the most dominate scent I can detect is the Rose flower oil. This is the last ingredient on the list and I still managed to detect this scent first. It isn't over powering but very gentle and does dissipates.
