Then it made it's way to the back of my toner collection. Why? It just wasn't the toner I'd reach for. Recently I've revisited this toner but again I wasn't feeling it. This is a great simple toner don't get me wrong, but I feel like it's not hydrating enough or brightening enough. So lately I've been using this toner in the essence stage after a hydrating toner and I can say that I'm very happy with it now. It leaves my skin silky smooth and sort of glowy (not as glowy compared to some other toners). As for the exfoliating claims I'm going to say no. 🪴 Highlight Ingredients 🪴 • 77.78 Goami Rice Extract - Antioxidants • • Rice Bran Extract - Moisturising • • Niacinamide - Smoothing • • Butylene Glycol - Humectant • 👃 Smell 👃 Rice-y 🌈 Colour🌈 Milky white 🌵 Texture 🌵 Double layer texture of water and emulsion, needs to be shaken well before use. Watery, skim milk like. 🎁 Packaging 🎁 150ml. Clear plastic bottle with a white label and tan twist top cap. The stopper deposits product nicely. * Packaging has changed from glass bottle to plastic to avoid damage during transit. 💰 Price 💰 $46.00 AUD 1st one purchased with own money. 2nd 💝 I received this for free from @wishtrend & @imfrom in exchange for an honest review 💝 💱 Repurchase 💱 No 💭 Final Thoughts 💭 After figuring out how to incorporate this toner into my routine so my skin would like it, I think I will finish the bottle up. I will not be repurchasing this toner as I feel there are cheaper toners that do the same thing. ⭐ Overall Score ⭐ 3.5
