Apple Cider Vinegar Toner with Vodka and Witch Hazel

Been using this for years. I've noticed that I get less breakouts and when I do get a breakout, upon using this, it lessens and disappears sometimes overnight. Definitely a Holy Grail item for me.

Not easily found in physical stores. Only available online.
