I love the smell and it is very refreshing too !
Product claims:
To tone and balance the skin . The rose absolute is supposed to reduce redness and patchouli oil is cooling and astringent on the skin
Key ingredients :
Sea water
Seaweed
Rose water
Aloe vera
First impressions:
A toner that is lightweight ( think scented water ) and is a good spritz to wake my skin up during the day . Doesn’t leave any residue on the skin . Good for when your skin is feeling hot and need something to cool it down.
My thoughts after using it:
This is great for hair. Gives it a nice texture and waviness because of the salt in the sea water , also makes it smell amazing , functions as a hair perfume too.
Packaging :
Environmentally-friendly and it can be re-used to store other liquid products too making it a good spray bottle !
Cons:
Didnt do anything for my skin . Didn’t see any difference either. This didn’t even hydrate my skin and also because it is quite astringent i felt that it dried out my skin quite a bit and made it feel dehydrated. It just feels like i’m putting a ton of perfume on my face which is not good for the skin
❌as with most lush products it has lots of fragrance which can be bad for sensitive skin. The scent is also quite strong so avoid this if you have a sensitive nose
❌didn’t help address any skin concerns - oiliness , acne , sensitivity . While this helps to dry out the skin temporarily because of the astringents, my skin was still oily at the end of the day and didn’t balance skin/soothe/calm redness as it claims
Recommended ? No
Don’t expect this product to give you any effects on the skin. It’s more like a pick me up, convenient to use face mist and to give your skin some wetness. Plus not worth the price. If you are looking for a fragrant astringent toner than this is it .
