Holy grail. For all skin type, even oily skin witch acne like myself. It helps dry out my acne with out drying out my skin. Makes my skin smooth the next day

The texture is light watery gel, Quickly absorbs. Have cooling effect ans soothing the skin.
Use at the day helps for sunburn / heated
Use at the night for recharge, plump and soften my skin.
For my dry skin this best for summer, not for winterπ

The Cosrx Ultimate Moisturizing Honey Overnight Mask is a mask containing 87% propolis extract and natural beeswax designed to soothe, calm and moisturize the skin overnight. It can be used as an overnight mask, wash-off mask, or even as a cream.
β Consistency β
This definitely has a translucent gel consistency which really surprised me when I first used it since I was expecting a thick cream for some reason. When applied it feels cooling and silky soft.
β How to use β
1. As a sleeping mask-
As the last step of the skincare routine, apply an adequate amount to the entire face.
2. As a wash off mask-
Apply a generous amount and spread out evenly. After about 15 minutes, wash off with lukewarm water or wipe off with toner.
3. As a cream-
After the last step of your skin care routine, apply as a cream.
My thoughts:
β Scent β
As far as scent is concerned this has absolutely zero fragrance. I have worn it many times and have never noticed any kind of scent from this product and even (very aggressively) smelled the bottle to see if I could detect anything... nada. Definitely great for those who do not like scented products.
β Packaging β
So from what I can tell they have revamped their packaging since this used to come in a tub. I really appreciate that they have put it in a squeeze tube to keep it more hygienic and in my opinion easier to apply. I also hate trying to shove a huge tub in my skincare bag and this is much more convenient to store. There isnβt anything too fancy about it but it serves its job and that seems to be what all of cosrxβs packaging is like.
β Experience β
So when I was on the hunt for my first sleeping mask it came down to this one and the Laneige sleeping mask. Now we all know how popular the Laneige one is but the price on this product just couldnβt be beat. I wasnβt expecting a miracle; just a little extra moisture. Man was I shocked! From the second I put this on my skin I was In love. From the moment I first put it on it makes my skin feel silky soft and gives a slight cooling effect (I suspect thatβs because of the gel texture). Then once it absorbs my skin feels super plump and hydrated which is my favorite feeling on this planet. The best part of this mask is the effects I see in the morning. My skin looks AMAZING!! I mean I was completely shocked when I woke up and looked in the mirror and my skin was so plump and smooth. Closely resembling a baby buttox π. It truly is just an amazing product and I pretty much use this every single night. I havenβt tried too many sleeping masks and while I usually hate giving products the HG title before trying other similar products, I honestly feel that this one will be tough to beat especially for its affordable pricing.

This is my go to overnight mask. I honestly doubt there is another one that Iβll love this much. But Iβm always open to try more π.

It comes in a 60ml plastic tube with PAO expiry of 12 months.
Key ingredient is 87.26% ππ§π€π₯π€π‘ππ¨ πππ©π§πππ©, which is an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredient. It also contains Beeswax and Adenosine.
It claims to calm and hydrate skin while helping to achieve a clear looking skin.
There's no scent to this. Texture is lightweight gel-like yet sticky.

It feels hydrating and calming at the same time. My redness subsides after a few minutes post application. And it never caused irritation or issues whatsoever.
If you have normal to oily skin, then this could work for you.

It's very sticky and doesn't absorbed fully. In AM, it just wouldn't work as a moisturizer. I feel like my face was a walking glue. Whenever I use this in PM, I had to sleep straight on my back and tried not to move my head on either side just to prevent my face from sticking on the pillowcase. There's no moisture to this at all. I had to apply a moisturizer first before this in my evening routine.
Now that it's summer, I ain't using it because of that texture. I might repurpose it instead just to empty it.

π―My experience: One of the best moisturizer for nighttime. It doesn't feel heavy on skin formulated specially for oily skin. It gives that Korean dewy look that we all are craving for. It soothes my skin and my skin feels so soft and supple in the morning. It somewhat takes away that roughness or texture of the skin and makes skin smooth.

This has been my staple sleeping mask for some time now. I just fell in love with this. Specially for oily acne prone skin, this was just amazing.
πExperience:
β€Initially when I used it, I felt like was it even working because there was this orange tint to the gel and I felt as if it was making my complexion dull. So I stopped using it for some time.
β€But it was only a few months ago when my skin barrier was broken and skin was excessively red and I could not think of a moisturizer to go with my routine that would help in this case. So I took this up again because the ingredients were bomb in this.
β€And the second time was a charm. When I applied it this time, I could still feel the tint on my skin ( this was the gel color, so it is a given π
) but I could understand it was because of the formulation of this gel so I passed that fact and when I just looked at its benefit. It was enormous for me. My skin starting feeling more calm after I used this regularly. Specially when I used it at night, in the morning, my skin almost became normal, it was no longer that sensitized red color on my skin. It was improving my skin.
β€ I can't say the same for the morning routine, it did not sit well with my sunscreen and the routine felt too much that ways so I kept it simple in the morning with just cleanse- tone-spf and at night I used this in good amount.
β€Also, I already use honey in my DIY masks so it is really compatible with me, whereas this one contains Propolis extract which is slightly different from honey but it still suits me perfectly. β€
The only bad thing I can about it for now would be that orange color I get when applying it on my face otherwise it is really good.
CONCLUSION
it is a good sleeping mask as well as my first sleeping mask so I already have a soft spot for this but I have still used 4-5 tubes of this already because it suits my skin really well.

I was surprised by the texture! not a cream but a gel. it is definitely hydrating and somewhat occlusive just not enough for my super dry skin. will try it again in summer.
I somehow miss the wow effect when I look in the mirror in the morning. skin feels good though just not wow..

Doesnβt contain honey π
Might be good for oily skin but i just dont see many benefits..
