I adore how lightweight this cream was, my skin drank it right up along with the water essence. It’s a great combo and I personally loved the berry scent. The cream didn’t feel sticky or like it left a residue (so my skin easily absorbed it), and didn’t leave my skin feeling oily either. So I think this is a great option for summer time, since we need to moisturize our skin year round.

This one made me so happy. Gel cream formulations like this one are fantastic for year round use, since it is a lightweight gel water formulation. Because it is so lightweight, it is great for even hot summer days or for those with oily skin. As you gently rub this cream, it melts into your skin so easily. I prefer creams like this that don’t feel heavy on your skin. This combined with the Deep Sea Serum leaves a subtle glow on your skin. So if you are a fan of ‘dewy’ or ‘glass’ skin, definitely give this combo a try!

Considering it is meant to seal in the moisture overnight, it was not as thick as I expected it to be. It was actually pretty lightweight, and didn’t feel heavy on my skin at all. There was no strong scent to this either which is my preference for skincare. And most importantly my skin felt velvety soft the following morning when I went to wash the mask off as instructions said.

I was pleasantly surprised that this did as advertised and helped the redness almost immediately. It helped so my cheeks weren’t as hot to the touch. And the cream felt like it absorbed into my skin easily, it didn’t just sit at the surface. It was a great lightweight moisturizer!

I was impressed by how hydrating this gel moisturizer feels. As someone with dry skin, moisturizers are something I always need in my daily routine. This is one that I can see myself incorporating into my permanent routine. I love that it doesn’t feel greasy at all. It glides across your skin and you gently massage it, and doesn’t feel sticky or tacky. It’s what I call a ‘Goldilocks formula’. Not too thick, and not too thin. I adore that it still felt thick enough to properly seal in the moisture overnight. The perfect type of moisturizer in my opinion. One of the star ingredients is ceramide to help your skin retain moisture, and another is centella asiatica/cica to help with post acne scarring/hyperpigmentation. This paired so well with the same line’s essence/toner hybrid that I totally forgot to use a serum in between the two products! They’re a super hydrating duo, even for people who deal with sensitive and dry skin like I do.
