Confused about cushion shades

I‘m confused about cushion foundations and their shades. Recently I bought the Clio skin Fixer cushion in the shade 19c and it fit my complexion perfectly. Than I bought the tirtir mask fit red cushion in 13c (because I heard it oxidizes) and I thought it was gonna fit me or be lighter. But not only was it way too pink, but it was also too dark. So my Question is: How do I know what my shade for different cushions is? Unfortunately we don‘t have kbeauty stores where I live (in Europe), so I can’t try them out.

The shades for korean cushions usually aren't too different across brands (although there are some brands known for being lighter or darker than others) so it's typically still safe to choose the same code. Which means if you use No.19, you can get the same for other brands or go a shade lighter/darker. But TirTir is an exception. Their shade ranges and undertones are different and more diverse. I think the best way to test TirTir cushion foundation shades is to get the sample trial kit which they also sell. Since you can't try them out on your skin, I recommend searching online for foundation reviews and shade swatches to compare with your own skintone or existing foundations. There are lots of comparison swatches online, especially on reddit and tiktok.

tirtir’s mask fit red cushion line is known to oxidize really badly, and from what i know, I don’t think there’s anything lighter than a 13c? or there might be maybe a 10c, im not sure. tirtir did work with an albino creator to create her perfect shade, and it worked great for her. use findation.com, it’s super helpful🥰
