HOW TO CONTACT PICKY SUPPORT TEAM?

I hope Picky will improve this process because it is sooooooo difficult for me to reach out to them via both IG and Email. They send us packages but due to different countries, receivers will have to face differents issues. I feel insecured here cause I can not receive support right when I need. Someone who successfully contacted them can recommend me the fastest way to do that?

It may take longer to get a response as there is a big Holiday in Korea. Their team probably took some time off since 16-18 September is Chuseok.
