I really don't know where is my skin1004 package

I feel like it's been months that I haven't received it and I've been wanting to try this ,I've also emailed the gopicky but they said that I've changed my email which i don't. When they've send the email that I've won the skin1004 I have no tracking number so I'm worried because it is September already 😭 i don't want to be blacklisted by @go.picky because i haven't received it until now.I've already email them that i haven't replied the package, i don't know where to found this package right now and I've been waiting for it to try
