Stylevana shipping (UK)

is anyone having trouble with stylevana shipping their products lately? usually I get my package in 1-2 weeks time using the cheapest/free delivery option, but this time I checked the tracking for both my parcels and they've been sitting in the same status showing that the shipping company received info for at least 2 week now...
