Maybe it's because after you provided your shipping info, the brand just realized that they can't ship to your country.
It happened to me with other brand. They didn't respond to my DM until I spam them, and they apologize because they can't ship to my country after knowing my shipping info.
But seriously, they shouldn't ghost anyone. If they wanna cancel they can simply message us š

It happened to me with Jumiso⦠twice š¤£. I finally received their package with the YesStyle campaign . They also never answered when I asked them if they sent the package but later sent the campaign where itās sent with YesStyle so I guess they had problems with shippingā¦

I had sth similar with Stylevana a few years ago where they reached out and asked if I wanted to be an Influencer for them but never answered again when I replied etc

Exact same thing with Jumiso, twice! Very unprofessional imo. I used to purchase their products but not after being treated like that! I'm off to bigger and better things. š
