This is fake, most established Korean brands will have their email signature on the bottom, not use a gmail if they’re a manager or higher up position (some global marketing emails are gmail dependant on the brand though), and they usually address you by your name or your social media handle (sometimes a “hi there/lovely” but they’ll have an official email address)

It's a scam. I've got a bunch of emails from different brand with the same wording 😭

The one rule to go by here, is this one: if it comes from a gmail account, it's fake. This one obviously is a fake one.
