How to get PR/Collab with Stylevana? Please suggest.

I think they have an affiliate program you can sign up for on their site if you scroll to the bottom, but they also have random tiktok or instagram affiliate sign ups on their social media I applied to be a tiktok affiliate thru their instagram link and I didn’t get accepted because it was full, but they ended up emailing me saying that even tho I wasn’t accepted they still wanted to work with me and sent me a pr box so just fill out any forms they put out
