Does anyone knows how picky works? Does it send PR to any ugc creator? What about affiliate links?

The Picky app is a giveaway and product review app. It doesn't send PR to creators. That would be a different platform. You apply for the giveaways in the Events page using points you've earned and wait to see if you get selected. Selection is based on your activity on the app, review quality, location and luck.
