general outline for me is - introduce yourself (acc, what you post, how many folllwers/ engagement you have - why you like their brand and why you would benefit them/ be a good fit for a collaboration - ask if they have an affiliate/influencer program or if they have a pr form you can sign up for - end on a nice note - finish off with your socials and link some reference videos
