Beautynetkorea X fabyou giveaway

I won a giveaway from the above brand through beautynetkorea, they sent me a dm to claim my reward which I responded to within 2 hours of getting the message and they promised to ship it within a couple weeks. It’s over a month, I messaged them to check up and they never responded. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do? Should I just ignore them ? (That’s what I intend) Lemme know your thoughts Thanks for reading

You may be going to junk or hidden messages. Try leaving a comment on the giveaway post tagging them that you sent them a DM in response to them telling you that you won and you are trying to follow up.

This is not too uncommon. Regardless if the brand follows up or not, I've always received the products so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
