Does the Tirtir Milk Toner Burn on your skin?

After double cleansing, I apply the Tirtir Milk skin Toner. It stings a lot on areas where I have acne or recently had pimples. Does anyone else experience this?

If any product feels like it’s burning or stinging, I would immediately stop usage on those areas.
