Product delivery

Is anyone having a issue receiving your products from the campaign you’ve been accepting in? I have had issue getting the product delivered to me this is my first time happening what do I do now? I’ve reach out several times to the app and not received any response or product tracking or shipping information not sure how I can do a review when I don’t have the product to do it with.
