Skincare for closed comedones and tiny bumps?

What are some of your favourite skincare product that have helped heal/get rid of your tiny bumps and closed comedones? I've been getting tiny bumps around my jawline and although I exfoliate regularly and use the mediheal madecassoside toner pads but the tiny bumps are pretty stubborn. Saw many good reviews on the medicube zero pore pad but wondering if it really helps. There is also a new eqqualberry toner which people are hyping up on.
