Centellian24 Giveaway Question

If you’re an USA resident, we normally don’t get custom fees. Something in the form my have been left out. Search up Centellian24 on the discussion board, this has happened multiple times with this particular brand. Your best bet is to email help@hypercape.com to try to get this reimbursed. I didn’t get the customs fees with my first Centellian24 giveaway, but I did for my second win in that same exact amount. And it’s literally only this brand that causes this issue.

I just got the bill today too. This was my 3rd time getting something from the brand but I never got an invoice the other times. I read through the documents and it seems that $26 of the total was a Food & Drug Administration Clearance Fee. This is described as a fee “charged by the broker when additional processing is required by a regulatory agency” or FedEx’s Customs broker. Question is there something on form that required processing as a “Drug”? The Commercial Invoice filled out by Hypercape also had Duties & Taxes Payable by Consignee (the giveaway winners) so probably why “we” are liable. I reached out but I think I’m going to warn everyone in my TikTok review that they will be charged $$. Plus I hate the cleansing pads so that makes this fiasco even worse. I emailed them about reimbursement, but I guess I’ll have to pay FedEx since i have a business account with them for my job and don’t want them to charge my employer.

I won this giveaway and received this statement as well, however it said I owed $0. It may differ based on the state you live in, but I’d recommend contacting picky as soon as possible to see if they can do anything.
