On TO Buffet's own webpage, they advised that it's best not to use their peptides in the same routine as L-Ascorbic Acid and Ethylated Ascorbic Acid. Kiehl's Dark Spot Correction serum happens to contain the latter (if I interpret the names correctly).

I think u can try to add the Azelaic acid, just see how ur skin reacts, cause u’re using a lot of products and the Azelaic acid can be difficult to layer with other products
If u see that the Azelaic suspension doesn’t go along with the others, just try to use separetely, for example: one day Azelaic one day the other products

In general azelaic acid is very much tolerable and can be used together with other skincare ingredients. I would recommend you using TO azelaic acid suspension after all your serums and before moisturizer because it contains silicone. It can flake if you put it in the wrong order. As a rule of thumb, layer on watery consistency skincare first then only to thicker consistency

I won't use the Buffet int he same routine than Ascorbic Acid.
Use it in the evening and maybe move the Azelaic to the morning.
