Oily/Resilient
No topical skincare can truly treat pitted scars, also known as atrophic scarring. They can only be treated by professional resurfacing treatments such as lasers, chemical peels, subcision, microneedling, fillers & etc.
You can however use retinoids (retinol, retinal, adapalene, tretinoin, tazarotene) which may help to slightly improve skin texture over time with regular use, but again it cannot truly treat the atrophic scarring on its own.
As for red marks or PIE (post inflammatory erythema), you can try azelaic acid, vitamin C or niacinamide to help fade the hyperpigmentation.
