Can you use this everyday?

I recently bought the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo +m, thinking I could use it as a moisturizer everyday, but my sister told me it is more like a treatment and you should use it a couple of times a week, so idk. In the box says that you can use it everyday morning and night. Also I have the L'Oréal Glycolic Acid cream that also says that you can use it everyday but Im a bit worried that it might damage my skin barrier. Does anyone know an answer to this? Thank you!!

Yes I would not use an exfoliate more that two or possibly 3 times a week.

i use it everyday before the roche( i didn't know can't use it daily) and my skin not getting better, it's getting worse..so don't over use it Start with twice per week and slowly increases it...meanwhile for the loreal, currently using the same range but the serum type..since my skin kinda sensitive and it have glycolic acid in it so I'm not using it daily.
