I sent Hypercape an email (help@hypercape.com) the day after I received the FedEx bill. It took a couple of days but they responded on Dec 30th asking me to send a copy of the invoice, tracking number and $ charged and they would reach out to FedEx to handle.
I emailed back the paperwork I had received from FedEx, since I no longer had the box it was shipped in because the bill came 3 weeks later.
I have not heard anything back nor have I seen anything from FedEx so assume it was taken care of.

Maybe reach out again and include all the documentation from FedEx?

Here is the link for the payment. You need your invoice number, date and your email to check your outstanding balance. Hope you have 0 balance too ✌🏻

I was able to check and I’m also a $0 balance.
I included the invoice number from FedEx, the date and the email address attached to my Picky account.

When did you contact them? I received the bill on 27 or 28 December and sent them the invoice details on the 30th.
