Not a mama, but here's a general guideline (taken from derm Dr. Mara @dermomtology) on ingredients that you can and cannot use during pregnancy. You can then easily crosscheck for these in the ingredients list of products

Before you can check on the picky app per product and go to attributes and see if it says pregnancy safe not sure if it’s still there because some they no longer put product information.
I made some list before, not sure if you can see it. It is listed on my routine, pregnancy safe products. Here on picky App.

Unfortunately you need to stay away from a few ingredients, especially retinoids. I see that salicylic acid is on a safe list above, but I avoided that as well. If you wouldn't take aspirin while pregnant, I wouldn't recommend using salicylic acid. My skin did take a hit during pregnancy and and nursing (especially since I have oily skin). Many of the products I used aren't on Picky, but atopalm looks like they have a lot of safe products!
