Dry/Sensitive
From what I've learned so far, fragrance as an ingredient in skincare is a personal choice. It's not necessarily bad for you but some people with sensitive skin can't handle it. My skin seems to do fine with fragrance personally. If it was a safety concern for everyone, I don't imagine fragrance in skincare would be so common. Try it out and see how your skin reacts. If it's not something your skin likes, discontinue usage.

Following up on @stellareviews: I personally can’t tolerate any of It’s Skin’s products which have fragrance but I can tolerate some of Centellian24 products which they also use fragrance. Each individual’s skin reacts differently.
