Having Issue Applying for GiveAways

I randomly am having issues applying— it won’t let me click on the apply button at all. I can’t figure out what is going on.

The Skin1004 giveaway is a Tiktok Shop Affiliate giveaway and the Tiktok Shop affiliate program is only available in the US. If you're not in the US, you're not able to participate. Picky labeled it wrong, which happens more these days. I'm sure Picky will change it from Global to US soon.
