i think you should avoid active ingredients first cause your skin need to relax, and i think any kind of moisturizer is good to go. just make sure your skin is hydrate!

Ive been having treatments since 3 months.. mostly first no exfoliation for a week at least, no hot showers, no active ingredients for a week try to use a simple moisturiser and dont forget to change you pillow case and sunscreen every day ! :-)

please dont use an exfoliating product and try to hydrate your skin more by layering your moisturizer!

First serums with hyaluronic acids (I used the TO one but I ordered something else). For moisturizers I'm still trying to find a good one too, I want to try the Cicabaume from LRP next time. The last time I used Purito centella unscented recovery cream and it would still sting. So look for products that are gentle and with a simple ingredient list, fragrance free or other ingredients that might irritate your skin.
