I did my first microneedling session today and I am struggling with what to avoid and what to do until i recover. Can you please help me know? Which moisturizer will be good to use?

i think you should avoid active ingredients first cause your skin need to relax, and i think any kind of moisturizer is good to go. just make sure your skin is hydrate!

please dont use an exfoliating product and try to hydrate your skin more by layering your moisturizer!

First serums with hyaluronic acids (I used the TO one but I ordered something else). For moisturizers I'm still trying to find a good one too, I want to try the Cicabaume from LRP next time. The last time I used Purito centella unscented recovery cream and it would still sting. So look for products that are gentle and with a simple ingredient list, fragrance free or other ingredients that might irritate your skin.
