Idk, but judging by the photo, it's rosacea? Could it be?

The lighting is making it seem bright red but it’s the brown areas around my skin which is mostly my concern.

I don’t see anything in the picture either, but I completely understand what it’s like to have something on your skin that no one else notices, yet it still bothers you. Kojic acid is known for its ability to reduce dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone. It works by inhibiting melanin production, which helps brighten the skin over time. I use it for redness and scarring from post acne spots and sun damage. I hope that helps some🩷

I don't see a problem from the photos provided. I don't remember the exact name of this skin condition, I'm not a dermatologist. But the point is that if you wipe the skin with alcohol in places where it is darker or like dirty, it will literally immediately become lighter. Just wipe it with special alcohol wipes. Try it, it won't do much harm, but what if it helps?

Ok first question. Do you use sunscreen? Also what is your morning and evening routine. I see some closed camedones. Do they bother you?

Yes, I use skin1004 sunscreen everyday! For CCs I exfoliate 2-3x a week which slightly helps.

Check out Dr. Shereene Idriss’s videos. She has amazing content about hyperpigmentation!
