EYELINER GIRLIES NEED YOUR HELP!!!

I have a love-hate relationship with NYX eyeliner. I love how pigmented it is, but I hate how easily it smudges or dries out my eyelids. Do you have any good eyeliner recommendations? Something waterproof, oil-proof (lol), and that doesn’t dry out the eyes!

I just got gifted mascara from a brand called “Revant Cosmetics” . Its smudge proof, water proof, glides on like a dream. Best eyeliner ive ever used

I have oily eyelids so most eyeliners transfer a bit for me. A trick I’ve heard is to use a dab of concealer on your eyelids to prevent transfer. But eyeliner wise I love the Clinique liquid eyeliner and for pencils, you can’t go wrong with Urban Decay.
