The only thing that has helped me has been spicule skincare. I've been using VT Reedle Shot 700, which I very carefully rub into tye milia under my eyes. Be very careful doing this! It is not at all advised that anyone use this so close to the eye because you do not want this in your eye. And it can cause red irritation and itchiness and peeling of skin. But. It has really worked for me. I only do this once or twice a week. My skin is very thick and tough.
