I'm not using tretinoin but I'm using benzoyl peroxide and I once didn't rinse it off correctly and my skin was extremely dry and irritated and the la roche-posay cicaplast baume b5 saved my skin so I guess if you have dry skin because of tretinoin it might saved you as well
