Trying to review products

Is anyone having trouble with trying to review a product and can not get past the star rating! How are we supposed to review if it wo t let us? I’m just asking because I’ve been trying for a few days.

There are multiple posts about this issue but it seems that Picky did an update yesterday which may be causing the problem. Did you email Picky Support since you say it has been a few days?

I did. It takes them a few days to fix it. Sometimes longer. My problem is that my phone will not let me update anything. My phone is even being troublesome.

I did. When I tried to upload here in the picky app it just says something about not being able to fetch Instagram. I noticed several people having the same problem.
