It turned out my skin barrier was compromised from over-cleansing and using products that were a bit too harsh for my skin type. From what you described, it could be irritation, mild rosacea, or even an allergic reaction to something in your routine (or even environmental triggers). What helped me was switching to super gentle products fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and no actives for a while. Also, I started using a calming moisturizer with ceramides and kept up with a good sunscreen (you’re already doing great with that!). Omg girl i do have the dale problems its now for one year i have those. I dont k ow hat they are. And now 8dayq ago i start using the skin1004 centella ampoule and the cosrx snail96 power mucin essence and strange but weird ,they have not appear sinds then. I almost cant believe it myself
