Have you tried adapalene? It's a type of prescription strength retinoid used for acne treatment. It doesn't require a prescription in most countries so you could probably get it from your local pharmacy/drugstore.
It's very effective when used consistently. It's the only thing that managed to control and reduce my acne breakouts. I highly recommend it 👌
Like any retinoids, it can cause purging in the beginning, along with other side effects like dry, flaky skin. I recommend starting with using once every 3-4 days, then gradually increase frequency of use depending on your how your skin reacts.

I have the same problem, so know exactly how you feel. I have been using toner+diferin+azelaic acid+moisturizer at night and toner+vit c+ niacinamide+moisturizer+sunscreen in the morning. My skin is getting better now, I hope what helped me would helped you too 🥹
