Is anua azelic acid good for PIE?

ive been struggling with red acne scars ive been thinking is anua azelic acid good and vould it help?

I’m on my second bottle now, I‘m not sure if it really help because I’ve been using another products too. But I can say it’s not making my skin worse, so I think it probably help 😅I like it tho. Will buy more for sure
