I heard formula wise clio is way better than romand. I only have the romand glitter palette, but it is extremely dry and and hard to spread + won’t budge once you apply it. I heard romand colorpay off is also very chalky as well

I feel like Clio has better pigmentation if its palettes and Romand has better lip products 💜

I wanna buy a new eyeshadow palette (neutral cool tone, pink and brown shades prefered). I can’t decide which one from Clio or Romand. Pls help me with some reviews.
