I believe that’s an intentional update by Picky, not a glitch. If the Join Event button changes into Change Info button then that means you’ve successfully applied to the event already and you don’t have to do anything else unless you need to change your info

I saw several people posted about this yesterday and they all said they haven't applied, so maybe it is a glitch

That means you have already applied for that event 

I noticed that whenever I try to apply to events, the apply button now says "Change Info". Does anyone know how to fix it?
