Maybe you jumped to 700 too soon.
Why not try 300 first?

According to VT Cosmetics, reedle shot 700 should only be used once a week. Maybe you used it too often, causing the itchiness? 

I use the 100 most nights, the 300 every 3 days and the 700 once per week. If you are using the 700 more often, then you should limit the usage and see how your skin responds. I recommend using the 300 vs the 700 as the jump from 100 to 700 is quite extreme.
