Some of them open for review campaign on their tiktok or ig, where you can find link in bio and fill in the form. Some of them might didnt open any review campaign and PR on the time you apply or send email.
For Purito and Skinfood, you can reach them on Tiktok and find the link on their bio and fill in the form. For Mixsoon, they might reach you out if you are residing UK, US, Mexico and Spain.
