You have peaked my curiosity...........
How do ingredients in skincare products affect conception and breastfeeding?
That is one thing that I never ever thought about when I was trying to conceive a baby. I did end up giving birth to NATURAL triplets.

Some ingredients are known to be absorbed in your skin and may enter your bloodstream and make its way to the fetus causing potential defects/miscarriages/fertility issues or reach the breast milk and be consumed by the baby.
Amazing on being a mommy of triplets!!

From what I know avoid Vitamin A in Skincare and as supplement.
About AHA and BHA - some people say they are unsafe while other that they are safe. Most of the ingredients are not tested on pregnant women so no one knows weather they are safe or not.
Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide should be safe. 🙂
