My Honest Thoughts on Using PHA for My Skin
I recently added a product with PHA (Polyhydroxy Acid) into my skincare routine, and honestly, I’m impressed. I’ve always been a bit cautious with exfoliants because my skin is on the sensitive side, but PHA has been a game changer.
What I love most is how gentle it feels. Unlike AHAs or BHAs that can sometimes sting or leave my skin a bit red, PHA works more subtly. After just a few uses, I noticed my skin looked smoother and felt more hydrated. It’s like getting that soft, fresh glow without the irritation.
I also found that my skin texture improved over time – those tiny bumps on my forehead started fading, and my makeup started going on more evenly. Plus, it doesn’t dry out my skin, which is a huge bonus.
Overall, if you have sensitive or dry skin and want to try a mild exfoliant that still gives results, I’d definitely recommend giving PHA a shot. It’s now one of my skincare staples!
