Toner

If it's a hydrating toner, I apply it with my hands. But if it's an exfoliating toner, I prefer to use a cotton pad.

I dont think there’s a right or wrong answer! Sometimes I’ll use a cotton pad but most often I’ll just use my hands cause it’s quick and then I don’t have to buy more cotton pads haha

You can do either. I prefer to use my hands for environmental reasons as I don’t currently have any reusable facial pads
