I feel it could be a scam. I received a few emails too. You can reach out to the brand dm and verify with them

No reputable company will use Gmail for brand

Dm the company on instagram hun to check its authenticity and also check what the email address is because scams are mainly through gmail I have found over the years

I think it’s a scam as usually no reliable or trusted brand uses gmail at the end!

Be very cautious with these kinds of emails. Many companies are trying to get info on you or worse!
