I like to dermaplane once a month..it helps exfoliate the skin and provides better absorption of skincare products.

Dermaplaning helps to resurface the skin...I use a facial oil and a good quality dermaplaning razor. I would recommend googling a tutorial for complete instructions..

I do it occasionally whenever my skin is not irritated or with too much active acne

It’s a no on my end. I do use facial wax to get rid of hard hairs but it’s a no on shaving

I heard that face shaving just stimulates the hair follicles to grow back faster and thicker.

I’ve been doing it years it’s velllus hair it is the term for the thin, short, light-colored, and mostly unnoticeable hair that covers much of the body, particularly on the face. It's often referred to as "peach fuzz" it doesn’t come back any thicker just the same hun
