scalp acne

i’ve been breaking out near my hairline and scalp, and another lifestyle factor i feel people don’t recognize when it comes to acne is sleeping with your hair wet. PLEASEEE dry your hair before you go to bed, because your hair follicles end up getting clogged with your scalp’s natural oils as you sleep. also get sufficient sleep, when you don’t, your skin won’t clear up either 😭😭 maybe it’s just a personal experience because my scalp is just really oily due to genetics, i cant go two days without washing my hair.

If available if your local chemist .... ask for NIZORAL shampoo. I had similar many years ago... it can be used daily - (if youre not washing hair every day)...a very small dot - to wash your hairline, leave for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly... obviously ask your Pharmacist for your personal health requirements/meds etc.

U can try this! I reviewed this 2022. It's a descaling shampoo & it will unclog scalp pores & exfoliate dead cells on your scalp.Good luck!

The water in your hair won't break you out or participate in clogging anything. What might break you out is not rinsing the conditioner properly or your leave in conditioner touching your skin. Lots of times , hair products are commedogenic.Try nizoral shampoo (apply it to wet hair leave for a few mins then rinse) or head and shoulders
