I would personally not recommend products with too much perfumes. As own experience they will irritate skin more As u said u had an experience before with one. Also your current one is one too that uses many extra scents, i had that experience and turned into a burning lobster. I would personally go for a gel like moisterizer or one any age can use like Slam Dunk from Bubble As these young teens can also use so pretty safe. I will link some below.

SI personally would recommend The ordinary moisturizer, it has no scent and it’s one of my go to’s and also Clinique’s moisturizer
