Dyshidrotic Eczema

Any very effective products that gets rid of both the blisters,as well as the extreme dryness caused by dyshidrotic eczema? Not just a relief,but something effective in the long term. I recommend dermovate,2 days of use and mine is gone. But its prescription required,so its sometimes hard to obtain one.
